Nursery Rhyme Games

by Tonda Stover

We are having a baby shower for my niece and decided on a nursery rhyme theme.

I came up with an idea for a game by placing items from the rhymes in different areas of the venue.

I placed items such as a spider (Little Miss Muffet), my husband boot (Old Mother Hubbard), a stuffed animal (sheep, cow ) to represent their rhymes.

I did this with about 10 or 12 different items.

Then we had the guests break into teams and gave them about 2 minutes to look in the rooms.

Whoever noticed the most items to go along with the theme wins.
